Squirt Cycling Products, a leading manufacturer of high-quality bike-care products, is pleased to announce that it will continue its partnership with the Epic Series in 2024.
The Epic Series is a portfolio of the world’s most exhilarating and rewarding premium mountain bike stage races. Each race is a chapter in a journey that culminates in the ultimate proving ground of man and machine: Africa and the Absa Cape Epic. Teams of two take on the famed trails across the races in the Epic Series, set against iconic backdrops, ready for the brave in you.
Squirt Cycling Products has been involved with the Epic Series since 2010 through their partnership with FNB Wines2Whales. In 2018, Squirt Cycling Products increased their involvement in the Epic Series by partnering with the Swiss Epic. The partnership was extended to the series’ premier event, the Absa Cape Epic, in 2019, and to all events in 2022.

Squirt Cycling’s product range includes the acclaimed wax-based Chain Lube, biodegradable Bike Cleaner, Squirt Seal Tyre Sealant, and Barrier Balm. All products are manufactured with the environment in mind, ensuring that the excellent performance of their consumables is not achieved at a negative cost to the earth.

As the official Bicycle Care Product supplier for the Epic Global Series, Squirt Cycling Products will offer complimentary bike washes after each stage, pre- and mid-stage chain lube stations to keep drivetrains running smooth, and Barrier Balm samples to competing teams at all of the events.
During the 2023 Absa Cape Epic, a whopping 4,562 liters of Squirt Biodegradable Bike Cleaner were used to keep machines clean, and 1032 bottles of Squirt Chain Lube were applied at water points alone.
